Dr Uwe Napiersky

Uwe brings together over 30 years of professional experience as a business and consulting psychologist across the corporate world, international consultancies, and academia.

Coaching experience

Uwe is also a trusted executive coach for leading international business schools and has been audited and selected for the internal coaching pools of well-known global companies. He has coached CEOs, directors, and vice presidents across Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, and Europe, delivering impactful coaching both in person and virtually.

Business & Leadership experience

Uwe brings together extensive professional experience as a business psychologist across the corporate world, international consultancies, and academia. His career has spanned the German steel industry as well as leading consultancy firms such as PA Consulting Group, Cubiks, and Mannaz. His expertise in leadership and change management has taken him around the world, supporting multinational organizations through complex transformations. Having lived and worked in Frankfurt, Brussels, Singapore, London, and the United States, he brings a truly global perspective to his work.

Education and others

Currently an Associate Professor at Aston University in the UK, Uwe teaches strategic change management and contributes to executive education programs. Recognized as a Chartered Coaching Psychologist by the British Psychological Society, he also directs an innovative team coaching certification accredited by the Association for Coaching. Alongside his PhD in Business Psychology from the University of Kiel, Germany, he holds a diploma in coaching supervision from CSA and is a Senior Fellow of the UK’s Higher Education Academy. He is also the founder of an e-learning company and an active contributor to international professional networks, writing on leadership, coaching, and organizational psychology.

Originally from Germany, Uwe now lives in Berkshire, just outside London, with his wife and daughter. When he is not shaping the future of leadership, he can often be found scuba diving or snorkelling in Greek waters, exploring the vibrant underwater world.
